Gift Voucher Refund Policy
All purchases of gift vouchers are final and non-refundable. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, either in part or in full, and no refunds will be provided for any unused balance. Once issued, the voucher remains valid until the expiration date and may only be used for the purchase of goods or services as specified. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and replacements will not be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing a gift voucher, the customer agrees to these terms.
Prepaid Treatment and Deposit Refund Policy
All prepaid treatments and deposits are non-refundable.Once payment has been made, it cannot be exchanged for cash or credited back to your account. Prepaid treatments are valid for the duration of the service agreement and must be used within the specified time frame. In the case of cancellations or no-shows, any deposit paid will be forfeited. By purchasing prepaid treatments or making a deposit, customers agree to these terms and acknowledge that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Treatments Purchased or paid treatments are non-refundable if canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. To avoid forfeiting the treatment or payment, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will result in the full amount being charged or the treatment being considered redeemed. By booking and paying for a treatment, customers agree to these terms and understand that no refunds or credits will be provided for late cancellations.
Late Arrival and Appointment Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all customers arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the spa reserves the right to cancel the appointment entirely, in which case the full treatment cost will still apply. Alternatively, the spa may choose to shorten the duration of the treatment to accommodate the remaining time, and the full price of the treatment will still be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a timely and relaxing experience for all guests.
